About this position
We are seeking a creative, analytical, and dynamic Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role will be essential in promoting our brand, expanding our online presence, and driving the growth of Data Pandas.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns that promote the products and services of our company.
- Enhance brand awareness in the digital space.
- Drive website traffic and acquire leads.
- Identify and evaluate new digital technologies and use web analytics tools to measure site traffic to better optimize marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media, and display and search advertising.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
- Establish, maintain, and optimize scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management.
- Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry.
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
- Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
